System test engineer

In this assignment Vasa Consulting is a subsupplier to a larger consulting company. Today we are searching for a new consultant for work in the position as a System test engineer. The work will take place in the customers facilities in Lund.

Job description:
Companys integration and verification department is looking for a system test engineer. The work is performed in a high performing team that is very visible with close cooperation with different test and design departments. The work is done in collaboration with quality assurance and development support. The work is led by a project leader/scrum master. It is expected that the tester contribute to knowledge sharing within and outside of the team.

Required competence
- Masters degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Physics or corresponding.
- Experienced in test and integration.
- Experienced in system test.
- Experienced in performance testing.
- Knowledge in Python/Perl/Bash scripting.
- Git/Gerrit experience.
- Communication and presentation skills in English are fundamental.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperation skills.
- You have a perseverant personality and are a strong team player.

Start: April 1, 2014.
Duration: 6 months with possibility for further extension.
Location: Lund
Required languages: Swedish & English
