System update responsible - for our Purchasing system Purchasing is one of two global functions with 350 employees in 26 countries worldwide. We are responsible for sourcing of direct and indirect materials as well as finished goods across the entire Group. Our main objectives are quality assurance of our supplier base and to drive cost and efficiency improvements along global commodities and through global suppliers. We work in a fast paced environment with lots of commercial challenges and high visibility in the organization. Company description Objectives Your main objectives are to handle the monthly update, data quality and administration of the Price Monitoring System. Key operational responsibilities As update responsible for the Price Monitoring System you will be a key person for an important Group tool used by Electrolux purchasing worldwide to follow our direct material purchases and suppliers. The monthly update and administration of this system will be your main responsibilities along with user support. The work involves: - Handle the monthly update of the system and support the reporting factories - Constantly work to maintain and improve the data quality - Participate in projects to further develop and improve the system - Create and update analysis reports - User support - Administrate users and monitor usage - Other administrative tasks relating to our current systems and services Reporting to Systems manager, Global Purchasing Competencies needed - Dedicated, persistent and service minded - Analytical and attentive to details - Able and willing to meet tough deadlines - Thorough knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel - Experience of SQL, purchasing or system user support is an advantage - Interest to work in a global environment - 1-2 years of similar job experience or 1-2 years of equivalent education within Business Administration or IT Languages Excellent spoken and written English, further languages are an advantage.
