As System Verification Leader (SVL) you will be a part of Rider Environment (interior) Unit which is responsible for development of Seats, airbag, Seatbelt, interior trim, instrument panels etc. As SVL you will be responsible to secure all interior verification activities for projects on our current and future vehicle programs for the new vehicle brands Zeekr and Lynk&Co.

You will work closely to all concerned System Managers and System Engineers within the unit to plan, prepare and secure execution of the necessary verification activities for the full Unit. You will also be closely connected to an SVL network within complete CEVT.

You will report to the Head Of “Seat & Restraints”, one of the module teams within the Rider Environment Unit.

This is what you will be doing most of the time
Together with the development teams, create system verification plans and define test methods to meet vehicle overall targets. Work tight together with our globally suppliers to optimize their test plans and follow up supplier validation results and continuously report back status in system weaver.

Other typical weekly activities are:
Identify test provider.
Define need for vehicles, test material, test rigs etc.
Order service from test suppliers.

Suitable background and experiences
At least 5 years of experience from component, system and/or complete vehicle testing
Engineering degree or equivalent work life experience
Experience from interior including HMI system is of extra value
Used to work in project and team form applying relevant tools, e.g. Team Center, Microsoft Office, System Weaver, etc.
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Experience from working with China is meritorious
