1. Design, installation, configuration and maintenance of all company IT resources like (servers, computers, printers, telephones, network devices and firewalls).
2. Design and implementation of backup and redundancy plans to ensure the safety and availability of all IT resources around the clock.
3. Provide technical support for all company employees regarding IT issues (Windows OS, Office applications, and other commonly used software).
4. Perform administration and maintenance of all company external IT resources like (Exchange, VOIP and other online subscription-based resources).
5. Provide after hours support as well as weekend support upon request to meet company needs.
6. Provide technical support regarding, IT requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, solution compatibility analysis and purchasing recommendation.
