Candidate Profile
The CTO will report directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for providing the vision, leadership, planning and overall management required, from a technology perspective in the Organization.

The CTO will also be responsible for selecting and leading outsourced vendors, contractors and third-party application providers as well as further developing and leading technology teams within Company.This person will also ensure that the company's technology decisions and activities align with Company's strategy and objectives.

Arbetsuppgifter:
.Provide strong systems technology leadership.
.Responsible for the management, budget, staffing, and general oversight of the company's infrastructure.
.Provide both tactical and strategic leadership for the company's technical activities, including selection of hardware, application providers and software for the entire organization.
.Responsible for building technology teams from the ground-up, including making new hires and contracting outside resources when needed.
.Responsible for technological issues relating to third party vendor and Lavasoft Partners.
.Determine development approach; include what development tools will be used, financial and other resources required, etc.
