For our team in measurement technique at the technical and digital division we are now looking for you that wants to be a part of our open minded and cooperative team.
Your mission
As a System/LabVIEW developer at Epiroc you will work both theoretical and practical with the whole chain in measurement technique. Write systems- and programming specifications as well as programming test software/systems in LabVIEW, is included in your mission. When new test systems are created you will be the one who design and create specifications for them. You will also be responsible for the maintenance on existing test systems used both internally and externally.
We have both hardware and software from National Instruments (NI) and you will be our main contact towards them, as well as being the technical contact person for different test systems (from a programmable point of view). You will also be the link between Test system owners and External resources used for bigger test systems that we cannot handle ourselves.
Your profile
You probably have at least a bachelor degree in system development or equivalent education. We value experience in measurement technique but it is more important with your programming skills in LabVIEW as well as your understanding of advanced test system and system design. Since our global language is English, it is important that you are fluent both in writing and speaking. It is also good if you are able to talk and understand Swedish.
As a person we think that you like responsible, are organized and like when you can be creative and innovative. You will have your own projects but will also work together with the rest of the measurement team which means that you probably like to work both alone and in smaller groups.
