Systems administration Leader

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry. Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas. We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden. Manage a team of 5-6 System administrators . Put working methods among sys admins in place to improve organization's trust for and confidence in the sys admin department . Work pro-actively to identify potential risks for slow loading times, data loss and downtime and mitigate these risks. . Coaching of sys admins to improve and excel in their work . Improve our existing infrastructure . Create new and improve existing processes and routines to optimize work, minimize risks of down time and data loss . Responsible for support and maintenance of servers . Responsible for availability, backups and uptime of servers . Responsible for prioritisation of tasks and projects Professional requirements: . A strong leader with excellent administration and organization skills . Documented Experience from management of 5-10 persons . Excellent skills in Networking, TCP/IP . Excellent skills in Postfix, SMTP . Excellent skills in MySQL Administration . Excellent skills in Apache, Shell scripting and Linux . Good knowledge in Active Directory . Good knowledge in Desktop Applications (Microsoft) . Good knowledge in SVN . Experience from clustered servers . Experience from server documentation and administration .
