Läs mer på www.elanit.se Job description Position Purpose IMS Medical Radar requires a Systems & Methodology manager to manage the Systems and Methodology (hereinafter referred to as S&M) within Data Collection.This includes ensuring quality, security, development and timeliness within IMS Medical Radar's productions systems so all data collection, both internally and externally, has the right conditions for delivering quality, speed, and efficiency improvements. Principal Accountabilities for this role include -Manage, motivate and develop S&M operation staff and ensuring team goals are met.-Manage S&M production budget incl.be a speaking partner for Data Collection Director budget process -Be proactive in implementing changes in way of working, short and long term, as required by both internal and client commitments -Implementing and work with key metrics for quality, speed and efficiency to drive both internal and external client satisfaction -Performs senior level accountabilities within the S&M unit -Responsible for the development scheduling and implementation of all Data Collection S&M needs including maintenance and daily work. -Responsible for being up to date with the markets progress in new technologies and keeping Data Collection Director updated on possible methodologies and possibilities within the systems.-Main point of contact for our external partners regarding S&M.-Responsible for developing and maintaining the education methodology used within Data Collection -Ensuring appropriate capacity planning for S&M operations is done in a communicative way and resources are available to meet commitments -Oversee all functions involved with S&M operations within Data Collection -Manage all day to day Data Collection needs within systems and methodologies -Coordinates production related functions within Data Sourcing, Data Collection, Quality Control and Client Engagement.-Manage the transition of new systems and methodologies into S&M -Manage the transition of new system tools into S&M operation Additional Requirements -Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems. Organization Reporting and Scope -Reports to Data Collection Director, Gothenburg -Operative manager scope estimated: 70% operative, 30% non-operative Requirements In general you are professional in communicating, both independent and a team player, pedagogical, able to collaborate within multiple tasks, handle priorities with high energy levels and to maintain a proactive engaged approach to a complex process. -Bachelor's degree education or equivalent, preferably in IT.-Experience of, or a proven capability, in coaching and managing staff.-Experience from handling a complex working environment and project coordination.-Experience working with MS SQL and Visual Basic -A understanding how IT Systems and Methodologies can support a Business Process -3 - 5 years work experience in Primary Research or equal environment.-Excellent skills in Swedish and English Contact details This is an exciting and challenging role for the right candidate and an excellent opportunity to work in a progressive environment.
