Responsibilities: . Work abroad for two years in the R&D department in Boston, USA . Complete special research projects . Participate in cutting edge development projects . Lead small projects Return to Sweden to pursue career in the Malmö, R&D department, working on high company value projects with talented and motivated staff.Requirements: . Excellent opportunity for a recent bright, motivated graduate . BS or MS required, with strong knowledge in Computer Science .MBA preferable . Strong leadership potential .Adaptable and open to other cultures .Geographically mobile . Excellent communication and social skills . Fluent in English, with a second language a plus . Ability to develop networks .Team spirited .
