About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition Team! You will help Zimpler scale up with your own insights and bring the TA-team to the next level. We are a small passionate team driving Zimpler's talent needs and processes forward, and we are looking forward to your input.
Things you'll be responsible for
You will involved in establishing a consistent, efficient, and scalable hiring process that will allow Zimpler to meet current and future talent needs·
Handle day-to-day running of candidate experience ensuring high levels of productivity and progression
Collaborate with and support the hiring managers, getting involved in what the team needs and wants·
Planning, execution and evaluation of employer branding initiatives
