We’ve just hit a growth spurt and are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our motley crew of curious, growth minded and all around nice people.

About the role
We are looking for our next Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our people and culture team!

You will help Zimpler scale up with your own insights and bring the recruitment team to the next level. We are a small passionate team driving Zimpler's recruitment forward, and we are definitely looking forward to your inputs!

You will be working closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and the rest of the people and culture team. You will be based in our modern Stockholm office.

Things you’ll be responsible for
- Manage and coordinate multiple recruitment processes.
- Sourcing and headhunting new talents.
- Implement new sourcing strategies to attract the market's best candidates.
- Conduct interviews and independently asses experience and values.
- Continuous work with improving the recruitment process
- Creating a great candidate experience, from start to finish.


Things you are really good at
- Finding the right candidates for the job.
- Engaging and attracting top candidates while building strong relationships.
- Understanding different business areas and their needs.
- Being proactive and detail-oriented with an ability to deliver strong results in a timely manner.
- Being a team player and flexible mindset and good at prioritising conflicting demands.


And you are definitely
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- A University graduate from a related field with 1-3 years of experience from recruitment.
