In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organising functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.

Your ‘day to day’:
Being part of our People & Culture team, you will get a fantastic opportunity to support the Talent Acquisition function with various tasks related to recruitment, employer branding and onboarding, such as:
• Be the right hand of the TA Executive in supporting key recruitment activities, such as CV screening, phone interviews, assessments, communication with candidates and hiring managers, candidate analytics, new hire lists, etc.
• Helping to build talent attraction campaigns and growing our employer brand through various activities on and offline
• Collecting data and composing statistics to monitor progress against set TA KPI´s
• Working on multiple systems, including our candidate ATS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Supporting across TA related projects where applicable

Who we’re looking for:
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their career within a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition function. You will ideally have some prior experience of having supported on candidate engagement, screening, interviews and onboarding. You should be passionate about working with people and enjoy an international working environment. An open mind set is key with a can-do attitude and where you see opportunities rather than obstacles.
You should be able to join us on short notice for an initial period of 6 months. There is a possibility of contract extension beyond that, depending on business needs.
All applicants must have the legal right to work and live in Sweden.

We would also need you to:
• Have working proficiency in verbal and written English, fluency in a Nordic language would be an asset
• Have strong computer skills and able to work with data
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Have a genuine interest in developing within TA
