As our next intern, you will be searching, sourcing, running recruitment marketing, and aiming for delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Since we strongly believe in potential, we are looking for our next interns interested and motivated to join us on our journey. It does not matter for us what background you have, how old you are, or what you are doing right now; what matters is your interest, motivation, and potential to develop into a skilled Talent Partner.

As our new Talent Acquisition Intern, you will join an iconic, high-performing (and pretty fun) Talent team which has a mission to ensure we grow Hedvig sustainably and smartly by bringing diverse and top-notch talent. We want to get to know individuals who have graduated recently (or are still studying) in any field but are willing to start their careers in Talent Acquisition. We are looking for drive, ambition, excellent communication skills, innovation skills, and a do-er mentality. You should not be scared of having many tasks at the same time.



What about the role?
Support our Talent Partners in operational hiring across the organization
Drive projects on the go depending on the needs and ideas of the team
Learn about Talent trends, best-case-practices of Talent Acquisition in Search, Attraction & Selection.
Build relationships across the organization by driving sourcing and/or recruitment marketing & operational talent acquisition.



What most processes will look like:
🔥30 minute chat with a member of the Talent Acquisition team to learn more about you – and tell you more about us!
👏 First interview with your potential leader!
📝 Case and case presentation or code test depending on the role
🎩Final interview with one of our founders or leaders.


FYI: We ask all candidates who make it to the first step of the process to complete a Personality and Logical Thinking test in order to understand your profile better. You will get to see your results and hopefully learn more about yourself as well!
