Talent Acquisition Manager
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will work with recruitment of developers to our clients. You will have a key role and be overall responsible for your client cases including presenting candidates to clients and participating in client/candidate interviews.


Responsibilities:
— Search/Selection of relevant candidates in multiple locations with any kind of tools.
— Day to day communication with our clients and colleagues.
— Leading the candidate throughout the hiring process
— Continuously communicate and follow up with candidates on assignments with our clients.


The profile we are looking for
We believe you are a person with a great interest for people and tech and we believe that you have:
— Passion for recruitment;
— Experience in working with foreign clients
— Experience in Interviewing developers
— The ability to work independently and as a part of a team;


You know the IT consulting industry well and are familiar with the Ukrainian tech community. You have a large network of relevant people and know where to find the best developers.
The main part of our delivery organization and network of developers are from Ukraine. You need to be fluent in Ukrainian and English.
