We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a: Talent Acquisition Manager Main responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will have operational responsibility for all recruiting within the Universum group.You will take part in developing and optimizing the procedures in recruiting.You will also guide our local personnel on other markets who are working with recruiting.To begin with this is a part-time maternity replacement for 9 months with immediate start.For the right candidate there are many opportunities for further employment.You will report to CEO and be based at our head office in Stockholm.. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in English.Additional language skills are considered a merit - Experience from recruiting and HR - Experience with developing and executing your own projects PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Managerial experience - Driven, self confident, proactive and flexible - Confident in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues - Positive team player who is comfortable in a dynamic environment -
