How do we go from 1100 to 5000 employees in three years in a sustainable and scalable way, whilst increasing our diversity and inclusion? That question is together with the endless demand for solar energy crucial for our next Talent Acquisition Manger.

The Role
Our Swedish market will continue to ramp up in 2023 and this role will be key in our continued scaling of Svea Solar in Sweden. The majority of the roles are within our installation organization, but you and your team will also hire plenty of roles within sales and customer support to name a few.

Your direct reports will be a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners, who are responsible for recruitment of roles within our Swedish organization. You will report directly to our Head of HR and indirectly to our Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

In this role will you be responsible for setting the strategy in the Swedish market on how to deliver on recruitments, with both efficiency and quality top of mind. You will need that out of the box thinking and implement new ideas and ways of working in order to reach our goals.

You will also in collaboration with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition be responsible for the continued implementation of our global blueprint and ensure TA and Employer Branding initiatives within installation are implemented for the Swedish market but also globally. We have ongoing initiatives within areas such as Candidate Experience and Diversity & Inclusion, which you will play a key role in.

Are we a match?
To be a perfect match for this role, we think you have:

- Several years of experience from leading a high performing TA team

- Experience from working with blue collar recruitment in a rapid growth company - white collar roles is a nice to have.

- Proven leadership skills

- Fluent in English and Swedish
