Your tasks:
You work alongside the recruitment strategy for EMEA, including job posting and recruiting marketing channel development
You ensure the filling of your assigned positions including pre selection and initial interviews
You act as a reliable Active Sourcer and attract the best people to Swisslog
Our cooperation partners and headhunters are managed closely by you
Local HR and Line Manager are your partners as well as your customers - and you know how to handle it
By market monitoring you ensure, that we start necessary initiatives on time



Your profile:
You have completed your studies with a focus on HR, Business Administration or technical background
Active Sourcing is your passion
You have several years of professional experience in the field of recruiting
Building up strong candidate relations is key for you
You have a good network for candidate sourcing, ideally within Software recruitment
Fluent in English and Swedish
