Job description
 
As Talent Acquisition Manager you have overall responsibility for Nordic Capital's global talent supply as well as managing the full range of recruiting and selection activities. This includes to ensure that recruitment processes are updated and followed by hiring managers, as well as handling end-to-end recruitment processes for more senior roles in all countries (i.e. Nordics, Germany, UK and US).
 
Working as Talent Acquisition Manager you will build collaborative relationships with key businesspeople and office stakeholders to fully understand their recruitment needs. You will plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. You will design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. The role is also responsible for internships, contact with recruitment agencies and local hiring managers, LinkedIn Recruit/adverts and for handling Employer Branding initiatives. In addition, you will hold exit interviews and analyze the data.
 
Requirements
 

• Degree within relevant academic field
• At least five years of experience from executive search, driving search and selection processes
• Experience from executive search consulting firm or in-house talent acquisition team
• Good knowledge and understanding of investment organizations
• Experienced at building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their individual needs and the technical characteristics of each role
• Understanding of social media (e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook) to support recruitment processes
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and professional working environment
• Experienced and comfortable in MS Office, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced english skills are a must, both verbally and writing
