Responsibilities
As Talent Acquisition Partner you are responsible for managing multiple Talent Acquisition campaigns and executing Talent Acquisition strategies with the aim of filling local and global vacancies with top talent – all within a timely and cost-efficient manner.

You will work closely and develop key relationships with HR Business Partners, Global talent acquisition colleagues, business leaders and hiring managers to help you achieve this goal.

A pro-active approach is a must to ensure you can deliver a world class Talent Acquisition service. A typical day includes working with sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, managing the hire administration process and onboarding. You will ensure that all of this is compliant with our Global recruitment standards and guidelines. 

In addition to the day-to-day recruitment you are also working with 3rd party suppliers, supporting projects both locally and globally and coaching hiring managers in best practice recruitment.
Stakeholder management skills are critical in this role along with the ability to build relationships quickly. 

Working hours
Full time consultancy assignment for 1 year.
Location: Södertälje, Sweden
Start: 3rd of May 2021

Qualifications
• a few years of work experience of the recruitment process.
• experience of having recruited widely - different roles as well as individual and volume recruitments.
• high level of English and Swedish language in both speech and writing.
