Did you know that fishing is the world’s most popular hobby? We do! And here at Fishbrain we have created the world’s largest social network dedicated to people who love fishing. We want to make sure that we can give them the greatest experience possible and make their fishing dreams come true, no matter where they are in the world.


We have over 11 million users all over the world who have logged over 10 million catches in our app. We’re growing fast, both in our social network and in the company, which is why we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. We hope that it’s you!

What you will do
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders internally. Meaning you are the champion in getting employees engaged and understanding the importance of recruitment in the company
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and drive recruitment processes from start to finish.
Set and follow up KPIs and measure your recruitment activities over time and use your knowledge of how to leverage recruitment data for scaling strategies
Deliver great candidate experience on every touchpoint the candidate comes across. Essentially, regardless if someone gets a job at Fishbrain they should still feel it was a positive experience
Create and implement an ”Employer branding” strategy
Improve our talent acquisition practices as a whole and play a leading role in identifying, finding, engaging and exciting candidates in an innovative way. ( I know a total breeze in the Stockholm market )
Be a team player on our People and Culture team and help deliver the best experience inside and out.





What we are fishing for:
Curiosity - Keenness (if not already) for experimenting beyond LinkedIn to source for candidates
Passion - you have a lot of enthusiasm for what you do and easily seen by candidates and your fellow colleagues.
Tech Savvy - you have tips and tricks galore to optimize your sourcing (ok maybe not galore but you have some good automating shortcuts up your sleeves)
Proactive and a Clear Communicator - with excellent written and verbal skills in English (Swedish is not required but advantageous)
Deliver - honestly you just know what to get done and have an impact during low or high times.


Who are you?
We believe you have a passion for the recruitment profession and for delivering top candidate experience, so we believe you would have the following qualifications:
Minimum 4 years experience as a self-driven recruiter, preferably in-house at a fast-paced tech-environment.
A proven track record of successful recruitments
Experience of recruiting a broad range of roles
Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously and to follow through with meet deadlines
Data-driven mindset
Understand international environment
