In our Global Talent Acquisition & Recruitment team, we believe in working together and collaborating with our dedicated People Managers. As our company grow, we grow. We are therefore now looking for a committed and collaborative Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Partner who wants to be an important part of driving this company to success.

We hope to find a talent to support the recruitment towards our expanding sales markets within the EMEA region. This combined with taking full ownership partnering up with three departments located in HQ: Planning & Pricing, Products & Programs, and Global sales. These three departments work close with our products, the product offer, and the sales operations around it.

This is a one-year temporary assignment, with a possibility of extension for the right match. The position is mainly located at our HQ (also called the Polestar Cube), in Gothenburg. We understand that work life balance isn’t easy, and of course welcome our employees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

What you’ll do

As a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Partner at Polestar you’ll work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability. With the mission to enable the future success and growth of Polestar by identifying, matching and selecting the most qualified candidates, you will be the point of Talent Acquisition expertise for dedicated business areas, which are depending on your background.

Examples of responsibilities and tasks included will be:

- Ensure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our Polestar Culture by full life cycle recruitment accountability, acting as an advisor and partner
- Providing guidance and coaching for Hiring Managers in supporting current and future needs for building successful teams
- Bringing recruitment expertise and developing solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy
- Be a crucial part of creating the best candidate experience, guided by our goal to become the employer of choice






Who you are

It goes without saying that we are looking for someone with excellent people and communication skills. A networker who build long term professional relationships with trust, commitment and a high service level.

To be successful in this role we believe you have:

- Solid experience working with full life cycle recruitment, using non-bias and proven recruitment methods. We encourage trying new research-based innovative methods
- Experience collaborating with markets outside of Sweden, used to working in an international environment
- A University degree within HR, Business Administration, Service Management or other relevant field
- We see it as a great advantage if you have experience from successfully recruiting senior/executive positions.
