A Talent Acquisition Specialist at Northvolt is a fast-learning, a doer. Attitude and grit is what you need the most in this position. You may have some recruitment or sales experience backed by an academic degree. But this job is more about your potential than your past.

Your job will cover everything from turning passive candidates into active Northvolt enthusiasts, to interviewing short-listed candidates over the phone and in person, to ensuring a hefty pipeline for critical roles within the organisation. Education/Experience

- A degree in MSc/Relevant University Degree
- 1 -3 years working experience in sales OR recruitment
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry

Specific Skills/Abilities

- Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
- Highly organized and result-driven
