TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Kvalifikationer
- 5+ years of experience as an in-house TA specialist preferably within an international and fast-paced environment
- Experience in creating awareness of a company brand and ability to establish professional relationships with candidates
- Experience working with different applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Being able to manage projects from start to finish
- University degree in Human Resources management or similar education
- Fluent in English

Job Description
We are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client in the music industry! In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, supporting hiring managers and executing strategies. You will collaborate with the hiring managers – guiding, supporting, explaining, understanding and challenging them. You are going to participate in creating and improving hiring processes - ideate, implement, and try out, engaging in projects and initiatives. You will discover new and exciting recruitment methods in order to fulfil the needs of both the hiring managers and the organization. We believe you are a person who can provide the best candidate experience by applying personalized approach and that you always go the extra mile!

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-04-19 and is expected to run at least until the end of the year with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our customer in Stockholm/remote.
