We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a ridiculous passion for recruitment!
About the job
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Exeger you will support the organization, partner with hiring manager and collaborate with your colleagues to secure Exeger's hiring needs. You will manage the full life cycle of recruitment and implement new methods for improvements, if needed. Our goal for 2021 is to grow in every department, especially within R&D and Engineering.
Daily contact with hiring managers to support the recruitment process
Be involved in different HR/TA related projects; social media recruitment, employer branding, engagement and culture
Update and manage our ATS (Talent Software); collect data, create template, update the processes
Together with TA lead present and implement strategies for talent attraction

About the team
The team is a multidisciplinary group of great minds who all work to ensure we move the organization in the right direction. We have HR and Comms in one team since we believe they are depending on each other to succeed. As a team we share knowledge and support each other in different projects, even though we all have our own focus areas and responsibilities.
About you
For us it is important that you love recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to work independently within the entire recruitment cycle, you understand the processes and can initiate improvement based on your findings – to increase efficiency, quality and experience.
Experience/Skills
A Bachelor degree in HRM or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience from either inhouse or a recruitment firm, preferably recruiting engineers or developers
Excellent skills in sourcing and using creative methods to attract and identify talents
Certified and experienced in assessment tests
Passion for recruitment and stay up to date with latest trends and methods within the field
Self-driven, structured and is not afraid to take initiatives or provide solutions

Great communication (both English and Swedish) and network skills
