Role Overview
Heart Aerospace is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. In joining us, you will play an important part in scaling the organization from its current startup phase to a large-scale operation. You’ll be helping teams from various work streams to attract top candidates from all over the world, with a very precise goal in sight: to create the fastest, most affordable and sustainable mode of transport for regional travel.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you support the full-cycle recruitment activities of the company, from drafting role descriptions with hiring managers, to sourcing, interviewing and sending offers to candidates. We believe you’ll fit right in if you enjoy handling multiple projects at once and you thrive in a rapid and ever-changing environment.


Skills & Requirements
Qualifications
Relevant University Degree
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
A couple of years of experience from leading recruitment processes independently from beginning to end and if you have worked with volume recruitment processes that is a plus
If you even have some experience from talent search when it comes to the roles we are responsible for, this is a merit
