As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will you will have full life cycle recruitment accountability. Your main focus lies towards attracting, sourcing and recruiting employees to the company. You will ensure that we hire top talent in line with competence requirements and whose values are in line with the company

For example, you will

- Be responsible for the whole recruitment process. Support and drive the process of all recruitments in your designated teams
- Actively networking with desired candidates within IT development, sales, communication and back office roles
- Outreach through schools and other platforms to find potential talent

Who are we looking for?

- Fluent in English and Swedish
- You have at least 1 year of experience in working with recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience from working with tech recruitment is highly advantageous
- Experience from recruiting to other European countries is advantageous
- Extra plus if you have experience from working in Teamtailor




Educational level:

- BSc/BA in HR or other relevant field is preferable

Note that this is a temporary position with the possibility to turn into a permanent position.
