Talent Acquisition Support/Recruitment Researcher

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Support/Recruitment Researcher for an international company in the Jönköping area. This role can be performed 100% remote from any city in Sweden and start is in August!

Assignment Description.
Our client have the need to recruit 10 more great developers/testers/architects/cloud specialists to the squads. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work on a daily basis together with the management team.

Examples of work tasks
Sourcing potential candidates
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify priority for staffing needs.
Determining selection criteria together with hiring managers.
Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
You need familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github).
You need a keen understanding of the differences between various roles within SW organizations.


Required skills or techniques (must have)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Good understanding of difference roles within SW organizations.
Relevant work experience or education within the area
Good experience in active search within recruiting


Start Date of the Assignment 2021-08-16
Duration of the Assignment 3 to 6 Months
Location Jönköping or Remote
Working Language English and Swedish is required
This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso, this job can be done remotely from any city in Sweden. Start is in August, contract for 3-6 months.
