Our Talent Management Specialist will go on parental leave and we are looking for a replacement starting April 1, 2017 until January 1, 2018.
The position is located in Insjön, Sweden.

Job description

The Talent Management (TM) Specialist works internationally with the Head of Talent Management to support Clas Ohlson’s business strategy by defining our talent need and how to; discover talent, develop talent, deploy talent and ultimately increase people performance and create better business results.
The Talent Management department consists of four people whom you will be working closely with.

The TM Specialist works mainly within the areas of recruitment, employer branding, performance management and succession planning. Daily work will be a mix of project management, conducting research, investigating alternative solutions and recommending solutions to problems affecting the organisation.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We believe that an experienced HR Professional with a good analytical, communicating and facilitating skillset would be a good fit for this position. Furthermore, we expect you to have a relevant university degree, along with a minimum of 3 years HR experience or work experience assessed as equivalent.
Knowledge and/or previous experience of policies, practices, and procedures of pipeline competency development and talent management programmes would be an asset. You are required to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to diverse audiences in English and Swedish.
