VEM is looking for a passionate and committed Talent Manager who will lead the Talent Management agenda on a global level within the Husqvarna Division.

 

 

About the role

As Talent Manager, your main focus will be to drive and develop annual Talent and Performance activities, in line with the business strategy and Group Talent processes. You will own and implement all Talent Management processes and talent activities within Husqvarna Division, such as Performance Development, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement.

 As you will team up with the business and become the link between the business and Talent Management, this requires you being the main spokesperson in translating Talent Management activities and its value in the ongoing war of talent. You will team up with an engaged HR community on a global level to increase knowledge around talent and performance needs, transforming it into actions and KPIs. Together with the HR team, you will have a strong focus on developing a high performing culture within the Division, aligned with the leadership values and Husqvarna Group’s Key Behaviors.

 As Talent Manager at Husqvarna, you will have a meaningful role, being able to affect and impact 7000 employees around the globe!

 

 

About you

We believe that you have previous experience of working within Talent Management and have an overall understanding of HR on a strategic level. You have experience from working “hands on” with Talent Management tools and processes and is used to working in a global, multi-cultural environment. We believe that you have a university degree in HR/business administration/social science or equivalent. You are confident in the English language as it will be a big part of your everyday interactions and work. 

As a person, you are a skilled communicator who is highly motivated by building trustful relationships with stakeholders within the company. You are driven by the results of your Talent Management activities and understand the long-term strategic affect.

Good to know

As Talent Manager, you will be located in Huskvarna or Stockholm, with a flexibility to work remotely. You will report to the Head of Talent & Learning – Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division.
