Talent Partner

Arbetsbeskrivning

The Star Stable Entertainment universe is growing and as new planets and franchises are coming to life we have to make sure that we have the right competencies in place. During the last two years, Star Stable Entertainment has grown from being a one-product organization to a multi-organization with a portfolio filled with games on different platforms, music, books, animated video series, apps, and much more. However, in order for us to continue to reach the stars, we’re looking for a Talent Partner.

The golden nugget of this role is to be a catalyst to attract, recruit talent and create magic along the way. You create magic in this role by driving our recruitment processes and playing a huge part in bringing talents to us as we continue to scale our organization.

We want to be where the talent is, therefore the Talent and Acquisitions team's responsibility is to bring in the talent to the StarFam for different places, it could be through being a consultant, hiring a giger, bringing in external systems or help, recruiting, or whatever is next.

As a Talent Partner, you are part of a growing team that tries to question traditional processe. To make this happen the team works with others in the organization, always with the user and the effect in mind, creating value by working in small iterations with the mindset “good enough for now, safe enough to try” and help each other grow and develop along the way. In this role, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and be part of a growing TA team.

As a Talent Partner you will:

- Drive full-cycle recruitment activities, from attracting to signing/closing
- Support hiring managers to understand their needs, set up and adjust the assessment process to ensure a great candidate experience.
- Underscore the overall Star StableEntertainment employer brand in all activities and industry events
- Stay current with trends related to the recruitment craft, especially in the game industry,
- Together with the Head of Talent Acquisition, set hiring priorities and follow up KPIs
- Collaborate with the TA team and the rest of the organization to ensure a great candidate- and employee experience
- Share tips and tricks with team members of the TA function to develop ways of working
- Attend events and other meetups to attract candidates

In order to thrive in this role, we think that you...

- Are a “geek” in the sense that you love the craft of recruiting talent!
- Have experience from end to end recruitment.
- Find the power and effectiveness of engaging with others stakeholders and create a pull-effect rather than pushing new initiatives out.
- Curious, open and try to think of new ways of working or iterate on a solution.
- Adaptable/flexible; understands the dynamic entrepreneurial environment
- Facility with e-recruitment tools and social media
- Our company language is English. You must be comfortable communicating at all levels and all formats in English

Did we just describe your dream job? This is what we can offer you:

- A growing journey where you will have a lot of impact on the player experience within our flagship product, Star Stable Online exists on multiple platforms.
- A pretty sweet mission. We want to build quality games for girls and we take that vision very seriously. We strive to hit that mark every single day.
- We may be a big group, but we’re a tight-knit team! A diverse team of friendly, fun, and supportive co-workers from 20 different countries!
- We’re more than 50%female identifying! #YES to #WomenInTech!
- Flexible working opportunities.
- 30 Vacation Days.
- ITP1 Insurance plan.
- Parental pay top up to 90%
- 5,000 SEK per year Health allowance.
