Job Description
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create a strong TM agenda to support both our business needs and EVP promise and as a Talent specialist you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with Talent partners, HR colleagues and Business experts in our Head office, Regions and Sales countries you will support in creating and integrating a talent management roadmap in line with our business plan. We’re currently building the H&M Brand TM team and you will play a key role in this.
TM team responsibilities include:
Translate brand business plan to concrete talent needs and initiatives
Create, develop, and maintain talent best practice tools and way of working
Have a synthesized global overview of current and future forecasted talent needs including competence requirements and overall gaps, key role readiness and diverse representation
Create a cross functional competence-based pipeline concept to secure key role readiness
Being part of creating a format how to visualize internal career paths for our employees

Besides your personality we see that you have:
Solid experience (3-5 years) of working with Talent Management on a strategic level, preferably in retail
Experience in setting, and supporting implementation of strategies that support business results from an HR function
Experience from transformation journeys within HR, preferably within the TM area
Good understanding of digitalization and HR tech
Excellent presentation and communication skills and you write and speak English fluently
