Internationella Engelska Skolan i Halmstad is an independent secondary school with 580 students in grade 4-9 and 60 staff members. The school is located near the Nissan river, and is a short walk from the city center.

We are looking for a teacher in Mathematics, 70% permanent employment with starting as soon as possible, or by agreement.

Qualifications
You are a qualified teacher in grades 4-9 in the subject Mathematics.

You have extraordinary commitment and drive. You are a clear leader that provides security and a role model for your students. You get involved in the students and in their goals through a coaching approach. As a person you are creative and open to new ideas and viewpoints. You are structured , loyal, responsive and have a high sense of responsibility.
Fluency in English is an advantage but not a must.

Duties and responsibilities:
- To create the necessary conditions for students to acquire knowledge and achieve individual goals.
- To develop students' knowledge and skills with the curriculum and syllabi founded by clear criteria, goals and feedback.
- To act as a role model and to provide security, order and a calm working atmosphere both inside and outside the classroom.
