One of our development teams, POST SALES, is looking for their Team Lead, someone who can guide and lead the team in their daily work but also can take on some backend development for the team that develops and maintains our applications to assist our customer support, manage returns and repairs, and work with our marketing tools.
Within the Post Sales team we are 5 people working closely together providing tools and services for both our customers but also for our users all around the world. Our tech stack mainly consists of NodeJS and PHP using serverless technologies hosted on AWS.
You will lead the team in their daily work and drive the agile development process within the team, someone the team can bounce ideas off on a daily basis but who also cares about the process and the people. You will also contribute to the development by working with other developers in the team to improve our backend services.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitate and oversee day-to-day operation and ensuring internal team ceremonies are executed
Set, implement, and continuously improve way of working within the team
Optimise knowledge sharing within and across teams and strive for an innovative, forward-thinking culture.
Work together with your manager in re-defining and realising a vision, strategy and plan for the area of responsibility
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure relevant input is provided for decision-making and planning
When needed take an active part in the ongoing development in the team.

You should:
Be able to facilitate technical discussions around design, processes and testing
Have knowledge of Node.js/javascript development and patterns
Have knowledge of AWS services
Have a degree in computer science or similar field



It is considered a merit if you:
Have prior experience in Team Leading or Scrum mastering/Agile coaching
Understand continuous delivery, test automation and best practices for writing and testing your code.
First line manager experience, covering one-to-ones and growth talks
