Web Manuals is based in Malmö's most modern area! Solely within the last year Web Manuals has grown by 30%. Web Manuals creates a cloud-based service for digitalization of manuals for the aviation industry across the world. By digitalizing aviation manuals Web Manuals enables a safer, updated and a more easily viewed information management for their customers.
Our cloud-based document management system is a tool for digitizing manuals for small to mid-sized flight operators. We help our clients become more successful, safe and happy by simplifying the editing process as well as the distribution of operational manuals.
We are a young and fast-growing company with 40 employees and offices in Malmö, Sweden, New York City, San Diego, US, and soon also Singapore.

We are looking for an excellent Team Lead Sales Development
Web Manuals sales department is growing, and we are now looking for a driven and talented Team Lead Sales Development to our headquarters in central Malmö. If you love building relationships and develop yourself, this is an excellent opportunity. The team is characterized by lots of energy, teamwork, openness, joy and professionalism.
Responsibilities in the role
Maintaining, co-developing and lead the SDR process globally.
Updating and maintain the Pipedrive instructions.
Defining target segments in the Sales Development Plan together with Sales & Marketing.
Responsible for data structure, data auditing and reporting processes for Pipedrive.
Onboarding of new Sales Developers globally.
Reporting key metrics for Monthly Sales Reports.
Collaborating with Marketing for creating segment specific marketing campaigns supporting the MQL and SQLs.
Participating in Monthly Commercial Meetings representing Sales Development.
Leading and coaching the Sales Development Representatives to reach targets.

You work in close collaboration with the Marketing team and the Sales Executives.

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications
o University degree
o Fluent English, both in writing and speaking. It’s our corporate language and the language we use to communicate with our customers
o Experience from working in a Sales Development role for at least 1 year with Web Manuals
o Experience from the IT or SaaS industry is meriting as well as the aviation industry
o Experience from working in an international environment is also meriting as is any other language but English
