Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader Job description: You will be part of a department that serves both the internal development organization and external customers.As a team leader your primary role is to plan and organize the activities in order to meet overall targets and user demands. The team is responsible for: - Design - Implementation - Test functionality - Systems investigations - User support. In addition to being team leader you are expected to be able to perform operative work (SW design, test, system investigations, support etc.) But also to lead the way for introducing agile development and test driven development.The programming languages used are Perl, C, and Java, and the client employ agile development methods. Required skills: You should have a keen interest in SW design and integration. -Master of Science or equivalent -Experience from being a team leader / project manager -Experience from agile development methods -At least 3 years of professional experience from SW programming -Experience from using a scripting language, preferably Perl -Experience from C and Java -Windows and Linux knowledge -Excellent English skills, both verbal and in writing
