Team Leader (m/f)

Your job specifications:
Supervise development tasks according to schedule / Planning of projects and support project management to ensure successful execution of acquired development projects until SOP and handover to the respective assembly plant / Maintaining and enhancing successful relationship to working level and key decision makers at the customer / Technical interface to customers and suppliers and related tasks / Ensure proper training for team members in order to enable them to fulfil their responsibilities and duties - responsible for required training plan / Define short term personnel plan to fulfil the team's tasks / Implementation of Brose project management process and Brose guidelines and principles / Responsible for related personnel issues in team

Your profile:
Commercial Degree with experience in sales within the automotive industry, preferably in an international environment / Min.3 years in a managing role - e.g.Project Manager or equivalent / Proven track-record of successful project management in the automotive supplier industry - ideally within companies with similar products / At least 5 years experience.
