BSH Home Appliances AB is looking for a Team Leader Logistics Network Development Northern Europe!

In the role of Team Leader Logistics Network Development, you will have great opportunities to influence BSH's future operations in Northern Europe. The role involves great responsibility with developing work tasks in a fast-moving environment and you report directly to the Head of Logistics - Northern Europe. The position is placed in Solna.

Your tasks


• Lead and develop team of 3 members
• Define and execute logistics purchasing and negotiations strategy in Nordics for warehousing and transport (road, rail, home deliveries, container on-carriage)
• Logistics market screening and defining new opportunities
• Full responsible for logistics services providers portfolio and contracts
• Make sure that suppliers performance is covering the KPI targets and costs level
• Logistics contract management with customers
• Co-ordinate daily tasks within the logistics for assigned country (warehouse, transport, claims, etc.)

 Your profile


• A university degree in Logistics or business administration with a focus on supply chain management / logistics
• At least 2-3 years’ experience of similar work
• Experience in purchasing and negotiation
• Good knowledge in transportation and warehousing
• Knowledge in business/logistics systems such SAP, S4 Hana and/or other systems is a plus
• Good analytical and negotiation ability
• Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing (Swedish and/or Denish is a plus)

As a person, you are result-oriented, solution-oriented, and have good analytical and negotiation skills. To succeed in the role it is important that you can demonstrate a genuine drive and have a “can do” attitude with good planning and organizational skills.
