I am now looking for a Team Manager to join our group and lead the Pega Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

The Pega CoE is responsible for the central coordination of the Pega platform usage. They manage tools and environments as well as building best practices for the usage of the Pega platform. The team also secures that the platform is up to date according to its stated purpose and general efficiency needs

About the job In the role of a Team Manager, you have an important mission. In collaboration with your colleagues, Team Managers and Agile Product Owners (APO's) in the CPO management team you will provide leadership for an agile team.

You will be responsible for:

A cross-functional team (CFT) of software and infrastructure engineers
Ensuring that the CFT members understand their mission and take on the responsibilities assigned
Coaching, removing obstacles and supporting the team to make sure they can work and deliver efficiently
Ensure that the team has the right competence and capacity needed to deliver the services for the future. This will include new recruitments as well as competence development of the team
In this role, you will get challenging targets to drive the development of the CFT, but you will also have a lot of mandate and freedom in how to achieve these goals.

What you need to succeed  We will focus on your personality in this recruitment and would like to see that you have a genuine interest in developing people. Good communication and cooperation skills are key.

You are proficient in oral and written English
University degree in economics, engineering or science is merit.
What you may have worked with previously  Team lead with staff responsibility
Experience running a Center of Excellence is a merit
