We are now looking for a Team Manager Supply Chain to RA Beds and Mattresses!

To make that happen we are a team of around 50 colleagues who works across the Beds and Mattress businesses. Together we develop complete beds and mattresses solutions to solve the needs and dreams of the many people.


Job Description
As Team Manager Supply Chain you will report to the Supply Chain manager and together with him, be responsible for leading and developing the function including recruitments, development, performance management, retention, and succession plans for co-workers in the team. You will, together with Supply Chain manager, lead the Demand Planning and Sourcing function and lead the sourcing and supply agenda from a Range Area perspective through close collaboration with key supply stakeholders.


Together with your Functional Manager you will define your business scope and how you together can create the best pre-conditions for your team to succeed.


You are guided by IKEA values and your strong leadership capabilities as you lead by example and act as role model, coach and motivate your coworkers in your daily behaviors. You are comfortable leading your team in change and constant transformation. Staying close to your team, assign tasks and responsibilities and closely follow through, whilst creating a culture of developing business and people together.
