Job description
SEB is on an exciting transformational journey to become a data-driven bank. Within Technology, the Analytics and Reporting department has a key role to play in contributing to reaching this goal.
We are working with enabling consumption of all cash management related data. We provide cash management analytics capabilities for our customers as well as internal users. We also secure different type of authority reporting to supply audit statements and statistical transaction reporting for customers, both on a recurrent and on an ad-hoc basis.
In addition we organize file based transaction and balance reports to customers via Swift, online and via host to host connections. And on top of this we also provide the solutions for the bank’s reporting and payment infrastructure.
About the job
As a Team Manager, you will have the full responsibility for the staff and full accountability for the deliveries that the team does. The team belongs to the area Cash Management and virtually belongs to the Accounts & Payments domain. You will lead, coach and inspire the team, and have the responsibility for being a role model within the transformation to a fully agile organization.
Responsibilities
You will lead two teams: one working with our data lake solutions, and the other working with solutions for liquidity management, and foreign exchange. In total 13 people. Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with Tech Lead, Architects, Product Owners and other relevant stakeholders for this area. The position is located in Solna.
Qualifications
Who are you?
You have experience of managing IT development in a complex, fast changing and demanding environment. You understand modern software development and agile way of working. Preferably, earlier in your career you also have had direct hands-on experience as member of a development team. You are a committed leader with high ability to attract and develop the right people and building engaged and high performing teams.
As a person, you are ambitious, with a strong ability to transform ideas and goals into hands-on activities and actual results. You build trust at all levels based on transparency, proactivity, collaboration, and courage, including bridging technology to business and vice versa. You take an active part in our management team driving our agenda forward.
