Main tasks
Effective management of team resource ensuring the requirement staffing levels are available on a day to day basis.
Manage the team providing effective leadership ensuring all daily job responsibilities are completed
Key Responsibility:
To lead 1st and 2nd level team members
To optimise the process quality within the team
To make job interviews (with applicants)
To organise 1st and 2nd level team members
To draw up salary statements regarding the variable salary part for all team members
To draw up internal reports, e.g.productivity
To plan capacities and resources within the team
To draw up work instructions
