What’s in it for you?
The Digital Collaboration & Office 365 team is responsible for a wide range of services of which many of them are based on the Microsoft 365 cloud platform. Now we extend our service catalogue with Visual digital collaboration software such as Miro, Mural or Lucid Spark. Hence we look for an Application specialist and Tech lead for Digital Collaboration services within the Digital Collaboration & Office 365 team.

What You’ll Do As a Tech Lead in our team
You will be focusing on the products that integrate with it and the architecture that supports it. Also, you will be an advocate of new ways of working through the tools, and work with colleagues to help them improve their work life and business processes. You will act as a teacher running trainings in the tools, you will run workshops with teams on how to use the tools, you will write instructions and you will record webcasts to reach all employees in our global company.
To make sure our Digital Collaboration tools are working excellent, you will be responsible for defining and implementing requirements for both new and existing technical solutions and services. You will also align them with other teams that are responsible for Network, Security, Identity management and other enabling products. You will also take responsibility for continuous improvement of our current technical solutions.
Further, you will keep yourself updated on changes to the Microsoft 365 platform. In our organization we need to be T-shaped and co-operation is key in our teamwork.

Do you fit the profile?
You probably have more than 5 years in the IT area. The last couple of years, you have been specializing in digital collaboration tools and you have good knowledge in for example Miro and Mural. It would be a great advantage if you have experience from Microsoft 365 and you know your way in the Microsoft 365 admin portals.
You will probably have background in coaching teams in ways of working, giving trainings and facilitating workshops.
