- Steer the development efforts with a hands-on approach in building Estrids platform and digital services
- Be the systems architect for the entire Estrid.com (and beyond!) tech stack
- Read, write and review application code, with a focus on creating a maintainable codebase that is easy to understand
- Lead team members in defining and implementing new features
- Communicate persuasively with peers to inspire cooperation


Your profile
- 5+ years experience with software development
- Built architectures that are proven to last and scale with new components and exponential volume of users
- Inspiring leader
- Hands-on problem solver
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in what truly is a fast-paced and agile environment
