About the product
The In-Store Stock Optimization Product (ISSO) belongs to the area of Inventory Optimization where we focus on stock optimization and fulfillment of orders to customers, stores, and partners. We have 5000 locations globally through our stores and warehouses. Our Product owns the Store Stock inventory solutions of the H&M Group which secures overall Stock Accuracy/Transparency resulting in increased Size Availability for our Customers and in the end increased selling.
We are in a very busy period completing the rollout of RFID into all Markets/Brands of the H&M Group as well as working with innovation and Team development to create the best Product outputs possible.
As a Software Engineer within our Team, you will have a lot of responsibility and you will be a key player in helping us take the next steps modernizing our solutions, like utilizing AI, while always working close to Business.
About the role


As the product’s growing, we are looking for a Tech Lead/Senior SAP software engineer to support the development of new features as well as the existing scope. You will take part in the design, development, and test process with a key focus on the technical aspects. You will be responsible for setting the strategic Tech direction for the Product together with the Product Owner and be operationally responsible for the existing solution including everything from monitoring to incident handling and user interaction. As Tech Lead you also will be responsible for mentoring the other Software Engineers within our Product.
You will be joining a team, with great expertise in technical as well as business areas, consisting of 2 Business Experts, 1 Data Analyst, 4 Software Engineers, and 1 Product Owner. We will focus a lot on taking our solutions to the next level as well as introduce innovation as part of normal business, so this is really a great opportunity to be a part of an exciting future with possibilities to grow, impact and take ownership.




Qualifications


We are looking for
A self-driven business-minded Tech nerd with analytical thinking that is comfortable with SAP custom developments. You have a team-oriented mindset and a strong motivation to work in an environment that allows you to work and take decisions independently. You are also willing to learn new things and since we are a small team, supporting each other to accomplish our target, you need to be open to stepping out of your role to get things done.
We believe that you have experience of:
Knowledge of API design and integration, published API services to the cloud
Developing architectural roadmap/strategy
Utilizing different Architectural Frameworks
Advanced ABAP development (CDS views, AMDP, ODATA)
Web Dynpro ABAP
Custom development
SQL programming
Fiori
Agile WoW

It is a benefit if you have experience of:
S4/HANA
Experience within the field of RFID and/or Stock Inventory Solutions
Knowledge in Azure DevOps and/or other cloud environments
SLT
Retail
SAP UI5
Restful programming & BOPF
