About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, purposeful, Tech recruiter, with a high level of self-responsibility and drive who would like to join our international recruiting team.
Working as a Tech recruiter in Budbee you will a recruiting partner to our managers in our Tech department.

What You’ll Do

- Search, screen, interview and process candidates for multiple roles in Product Engineering (Product Managers, Software Engineers, Designers, Team Leads, Development Managers, Analysts, Data Scientists).
- Identify and implement best practices and tools for attracting and selecting the best candidates and constantly networking with candidates.
- Set the sourcing strategi for the Tech recruitments together with CPO and managers at the Tech department in Budbee.


What You’ll Need

- To understand our Tech managers needs.
- Experience of doing tech search, screening, interviewing and signing tech candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline through sourcing.
