Tech Recruiter to STACC
We are looking for a driven and talented tech recruiter who already has an established network in the tech space. STACC is a scale up so we are looking for someone with a ”just get things done” attitude. Someone with speed and strong drive.
What are you going to do?
- Manage a topnotch (end-to-end) recruitment process.
- Provide excellent services and communication to all stakeholders, both clients and candidates, during the process.
- Liaise directly with stakeholders to go into detail of their requirements and autonomously deliver suitable shortlists to Clients.
- Managing the candidate process: Sourcing, screening, Interviewing, managing offer / resignation process.
- Build a strong network of candidates for our recurring remits.
- Managing our database ensuring all processes and procedures are followed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in (end-to-end) recruitment with at least 1 years of experience in hiring tech profiles.
- You stand out in your creativity; always seeking new ways and tools to approach top tech talent and looking for the new hidden sources of candidates.
- You’re up to date and understand the real needs of tech talent.
- You're truly interested in the tech scene and speak their lingo.
- You are a true talent advisor to hiring managers and candidates; you’re attentive and able to build genuine relations.
- You're open-minded and able to quickly build relationship with candidates ans hiring managers.
- You speak Swedish and English at a fluent level.
