For our customer General Wireless account, tng is recruiting a technical account manager.General Wireless is a small company with an impressive customer base in the mobile industry.They sell a system that enables the subscribers to send SMS and MMS from their PC using Outlook or Internet Explorer.They have more than 20 operators as customers, mainly in Europe but they are now entering Middle East, Russia and South American markets.The position is a full time job based in Stockholm, Sweden.tng are looking for a person that can combine presales and project management activities.You will be an integrated part of General Wireless sales department and be responsible for the technical part of the offer towards their customers and for a successful implementation of these solutions.The job includes extensive contacts with their customers around the world, both before and after the sale, but only moderate travel (2-4 days/month).You will participate in the sales process as product expert manage the implementation projects.You will give presentations and demos as well as being a part of RFI/P/Q answering process.Required competencies include: .an MSc or BSc degree in computer science of software engineering . relevant work experience, ideally in the telecom industry . Experience from answering technical aspects of RFI/P/Q documents . Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications .
