About the role

As a Technical Account Manager you will mainly spend your time with customers; existing customers post-launch. You will take part in solution design, be responsible for the configuration of the product and be main contact person when it comes to integration and migration work. You will also act as a product expert within the organization and will consequently be the go-to person for technical questions. You will be the heart of knowledge when it comes to the nitty gritty details in our product. Moreover, you guide both the customer and integrating parties and you support your team in ongoing projects. Of course we strive for the highest customer satisfaction possible and measure ourselves based on the feedback both from team members and the customers own words.

You will be a part of our Customer Success organization located in the Stockholm and Norrköping office. The team consist of approximately 25 colleagues organized into smaller sub-teams with different areas of responsibilities with the one common goal - supporting our customers with activation and growth.

Some examples of your daily work and responsibilities:

- Setup and configuration of the platform
- Be the primary contact for all project related technical questions
- Technical quality assurance and troubleshooting when needed
- Training sessions with the customer
- Take part of internal work such as product development and internal support
- Documentation and continuous improved way of work
- Supporting colleagues and customers with technical knowledge

A curious, humble and inclusive team player with a knack for solving tricky puzzles, both on your own and together with the team. Learning new things is a core value, especially in the dynamic environment where you will operate. But, you are also hungry and ambitious and not afraid to go that extra mile when needed.

Skills/Backgrund:

- A degree with techy orientation (University or Trade school)
- Experience from consultancy work, preferably IT or similar role
- Experience from working with SaaS platforms (or as an application consultant in general)
- A customer-oriented personality, lean forward approach and an “walk the extra mile mindset”
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken

- Solution oriented team player with a never-ending thirst for learning (and knowledge sharing)
