Technical Account Services Specialist

We are looking for two dynamic co-workers to join the service management team in Gothenburg.It is a great opportunity for someone with a good blend of social and technical competencies to work in an international environment. The global Service Management team consists of 25 service managers, operating from three different locations; Gothenburg, Montreal and Singapore.As a Service Manager you will: . Together with the Account Executive, be the main contact person at Jeppesen for 1 to 3 airline clients . Deliver advanced technical support for our crew scheduling products for appointed clients, according to the maintenance agreement or Service Level Agreement .Assist the client's in-house support & administration team with the daily management of the product . Manage the client and their expectations of the support role that we provide .Assist the client with knowledge injections and problem solving . Act as internal customer on behalf of the clients; monitoring and emphasizing that issues regarded as important by the client are being dealt with . Collect and monitor client requirements for new product versions Qualifications A mix of technical savvy aptitude and business aptitude will be required to effectively fulfill the role of the Service Manager.The successful candidate have; . Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent . Strong technical & analytical aptitude . Working knowledge of Unix and/or Linux . Ideally familiarity with shell scripting, python and CVS . You are good at and enjoy solving problems . Experience of programming or software development, minimum four years .Customer Relationship Management / Customer Service . Strong written and verbal communication skills . A good command of the English language Personal qualities; .Highly responsible, able to take ownership of issues and relationship with client . Self Starter .Problem Solver . Able to work independently .
