Assignment Description
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and technically driven Technical Assistant to support the Global Process Owner (GPO) within Manufacturing.
What You Will Work On:
QMS & Documentation Governance
Coordinate review and maintenance of global manufacturing processes in the Quality Management System (Veeva)
Assess local documentation to ensure alignment with global standards
Support compliance within regulated environments (GMP/QMS)

Digital Transformation & Innovation
Support “test-and-learn” initiatives for new digital manufacturing solutions
Participate in technical assessments of MES and workflow automation tools
Contribute to digital enablement across manufacturing sites

Process Modeling & Optimization
Map and model business processes using BPMN, iGrafx, Visio, or similar tools
Identify process improvement opportunities
Support global process harmonization initiatives

Strategic & Operational Support
Assist the GPO in strategic planning and execution
Support stakeholder coordination across international sites
Follow up on key initiatives and improvement projects

Community of Practice
Maintain and coordinate the global Community of Practice
Enable knowledge sharing and best practice alignment across regions

What You Bring
Education
University degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field

Experience
Entry-level experience from regulated manufacturing environments (GMP, QMS, or similar)
Exposure to structured documentation processes

Technical Skills
Familiarity with digital manufacturing systems (e.g., MES)
Experience with process mapping tools (BPMN, Visio, Miro, iGrafx)
Understanding of workflow automation concepts

Professional Skills
Strong analytical and structured working approach
Clear communication skills in English
Ability to work independently in a remote/EMEA-wide setup
Proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn
